Shipping & Delivery

Mistri is a fully digital service. No physical goods are shipped at any point.
1. Service Activation
- The Mistri plugin is installed by the user from the official Figma Community listing. There is no shipment or delivery action required from us for the plugin itself.
- Paid plans and credit top-ups are activated instantly after a successful payment is confirmed by our payment processor, typically within 2 minutes of the payment-success callback.
- If your plan or credit top-up does not activate within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please email billing@mistri.ai with the payment reference id shown on your receipt. We will reconcile and activate manually within one business day.
2. Invoices
An invoice is generated for each successful payment and emailed to the address registered on your account within 24 hours. You can also download invoices any time from Settings → Billing → Invoices in the plugin. If you require an invoice in a particular format for a corporate buyer, write to billing@mistri.ai.
3. Delivery Failures
If the plugin, our backend, or the payment processor experiences an outage that prevents service activation, our team is paged automatically. We will activate affected accounts manually once the system recovers and credit any inconvenience as described in our Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
4. International Customers
The Service is delivered identically worldwide via the internet. There are no shipping fees or customs charges. The Service is not made available in jurisdictions where its use is prohibited by sanctions or export-control law. Cross-border card payments are subject to your issuing bank's controls and any foreign-exchange charges levied by it.
5. No Physical Goods
We do not ship physical goods, hardware, printed material, or stickers. Any reference to "shipping" within the Service refers only to the digital delivery of credits and access described above.
